Delivery of your order
Pet Products Ginny only supplies to companies with a valid Chamber of Commerce number. Click here for our website for individuals.
When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice for your order.
We will contact you one day before the delivery day about the time of delivery:
- If you have provided a mobile number, we will send you a WhatsApp message with the date and delivery time of the order. If you don't have WhatsApp, you will receive a text message.
- If you have not provided a mobile number, we will send you an email with the date and delivery time of the order.
Delivery schedule
We drive orders according to a fixed delivery schedule.
These routes are driven on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We will deliver you order personally to your door with our own cooling vans.
We do not deliver to the Wadden Islands.

Delivery rate in Holland:
Our delivery rate is €5.95 regardless of the number of kilos.
As a result of an increase in fuel prices, we will charge €1.00 in fuel surcharge as of 10-03-2022. As soon as fuel prices stabilize, the fuel surcharge will be withdrawn.
When spending a minimum of € 150.00 on products, the delivery costs will lapse.

If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice for your order.
You can pick up in Berkel en Rodenrijs.

Wekelijks bezorgschema Nederland
Maandag: Noord-Brabant en Limburg (indien besteld voor zondagmiddag 12.00 uur)
Dinsdag: Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland en Flevoland (indien besteld voor maandagmiddag 12.00 uur)
Woensdag: Gelderland en Overijssel (indien besteld voor dinsdagmiddag 12.00 uur)
Donderdag: Noord-Holland en Utrecht (indien besteld voor woensdagmiddag 12.00 uur)
Vrijdag: Zuid-Holland en Zeeland (indien besteld voor donderdagmiddag 12.00 uur)
Alle bestellingen na 12.00 uur 's middags worden automatisch doorgeschoven naar de eerstvolgende uitleverdag van de betreffende provincie.
Wij rijden niet uit op de Waddeneilanden, maar het is wel mogelijk om het per post te verzenden.
Bezorging Duitsland en België
Wij bezorgen niet persoonlijk in Duitsland en België, maar dit wordt per postdienst verstuurd.
U ontvangt een track en trace code om de bestelling te volgen.

Wij berekenen geen bezorgkosten en wij hanteren geen minimale afname
