GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WEBSHOP

Here you can read our General Terms and Conditions for the Webshop. By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions for the Webshop, an agreement is established between us as a company and you as a customer. But before agreeing to our General Terms and Conditions for the Webshop, we kindly ask you to carefully read the conditions and familiarize yourself with our procedures. ARTICLE 1 - WEBSHOP 1.1. Our company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its statutory contributions to the Tax Authorities. You can find our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT number at the bottom of our website. Additionally, you will find our contact information there. 1.2. Our webshop is equipped with an SSL Certificate. This means that we comply with all legal requirements regarding the security of your personal and payment data. We strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. In case of misuse by hackers, we will report it to the police. 1.3. We never provide your personal data to third parties without your consent. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask for your permission beforehand. 1.4. We are obligated to report to the police in case of suspected abuse or fraud. 1.5. We aim to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, our staff is happy to assist you. 1.6. You can subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about our offers.

ARTICLE 2 - RETURNS 2.1. It is possible to return products within 30 days after delivery of the order. 2.2. It is not possible to return opened products. This applies to all offered products.

ARTICLE 3 - THE AGREEMENT 3.1. Only Dutch law applies to the agreement and its execution. 3.2. The agreement is established electronically, by filling in the required fields and agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions for the Webshop. 3.3. As a customer, you are obligated to fulfill your payment obligation to our company. If you fail to pay within the specified period, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still haven't paid after 14 days, additional charges will apply. If you still haven't paid the outstanding debt after several reminders, we will hand over the claim to a collection agency. 3.4. After making a purchase, you will receive a written confirmation by email from us. It will contain the product you purchased and its cost. 3.5. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, you must have paid before delivery. 3.6. We are obligated to deliver the product to you within 30 days. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the product cannot be delivered within this period, we will inform you in writing. Deliveries abroad may take longer by default. Therefore, please inquire about any deviating delivery times if you live or stay abroad. 3.7. The customer is responsible for checking the order to ensure it matches what the customer actually ordered. We cannot be held liable for any problems resulting from products delivered that you did not order but received. 3.8. If the customer orders too late to be delivered on the delivery day of a province, the order will be postponed to the next delivery day of that province. 3.9. Once the route planning has been made and all customers have been informed, no exceptions will be made to include orders in the route planning. 3.10. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discount codes. 3.11. A customer is only eligible for an account to order if a company name, address and contact details, and a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number are provided.

ARTICLE 4 - THE PRICE 4.1. The prices stated on our website always include VAT. The costs, if applicable, for product delivery will be visible when you add the product to your shopping cart. 4.2. If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your bank account, you are obligated to provide us with the correct bank account number. Abuse or fraud will be punished and reported to the relevant authorities. In addition, a report will be filed with the police. 4.3. The price stated on the website for the product cannot change during your purchase. You will pay the amount visible for the product and what is confirmed to you if you electronically agree to the purchase. The purchase price will be reconfirmed. 4.4. If you purchase a product during a period when no promotion is in effect, you are not entitled to a discount afterwards. 4.5. If you order a product for which it is stated that it cannot be ordered for deliveries up to and including a certain date, and your order is intended to be delivered within the date of the non-deliverable product, we will give you the choice to select a similar product that we offer or to carry the entire order over to the following week.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY 5.1. We deliver according to a fixed delivery schedule which can be found on the delivery and pick-up page. 5.2. Customers are informed one day in advance via WhatsApp, SMS, or email about the delivery time. 5.3. Products are personally delivered to your door by our own delivery staff. 5.4. If a customer is not present, we will leave the order at our own discretion. 5.5. In case of absence at the current delivery address, it is also possible to deliver to a different address. 5.6. Communication will always take place with the customer regarding the delivery of the order.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY 6.1. Complaints about the delivery should initially be reported to us by phone. Our staff is happy to assist you. We will then contact the respective delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. Our delivery staff always strives to deliver the product to your home undamaged. 6.2. Complaints about the product itself should be reported to us in writing. These cannot always be personally answered by us. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler on your behalf and act as an intermediary. If possible, we will solve the problem ourselves. 6.3. Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint always takes place in writing. 6.4. A warranty applies to every product we deliver to you. The duration of this warranty depends entirely on the product.

Dinsdag: Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland en Flevoland (indien besteld voor maandagmiddag 12.00 uur)

Woensdag: Gelderland en Overijssel (indien besteld voor dinsdagmiddag 12.00 uur)

Donderdag: Noord-Holland en Utrecht (indien besteld voor woensdagmiddag 12.00 uur)

Vrijdag: Zuid-Holland en Zeeland (indien besteld voor donderdagmiddag 12.00 uur)

Alle bestellingen na 12.00 uur 's middags worden automatisch doorgeschoven naar de eerstvolgende uitleverdag van de betreffende provincie.

Wij rijden niet uit op de Waddeneilanden, maar het is wel mogelijk om het per post te verzenden.

 

Bezorging Duitsland en België

Wij bezorgen niet persoonlijk in Duitsland en België, maar dit wordt per postdienst verstuurd.
U ontvangt een track en trace code om de bestelling te volgen.
